AWAZE WHITE FISH SALAD
Serves 1 or 2
INGREDIENTS:
2. tsp. Olive oil
tbsp. Awaze Truffle or Original
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. capers
½ tsp. parsley
3 to 4 ounces White Fish
One medium Tomato
Salt and freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Steps:
Slice tomato slightly to release juice stir in hot pan with 1. tsp. olive oil until tomatoes char and burst 2 to 3 minutes (set aside).In a small bowl, whisk together Awaze Truffle or Original 1. tsp. olive oil, lemon juice and, parsley. Brush the White Fish with Awaze mix (salt and pepper optional) Place fish on Skillet and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Cover fish with the charred tomatoes and transfer to a serving plate - drizzle with mixture from Skillet with sauce and tomatoes - add capers for zest.
Serve over your favorite Salad- we served ours with a simple Caesar salad.
