AWAZE CHICKEN SALAD

Servings: 1-2INGREDIENTS:1 skinless chicken breasts (1/2lb), split center long, thin strips2 teaspoons olive oil4 tablespoons Awaze Original  2 table spoons of water2.5 oz. Your choice greens - (we used mixed greens)1/2 cup green beans5 seedless black olives split in half1 tbsp. capers1 hard-boiled egg; peeled and quartered (we used ½ hard –boiled egg)6 grape tomatoes cut into ½Steps:Coat chicken breast with AWAZE and set aside. Heat a cast iron skillet over high medium heat with olive oil - until it’s  hot add AWAZED chicken and 2 tablespoon of  water - cook thoroughly tuning 5 to 6 minutes each side  ( make sure chicken is thoroughly cooked). Arrange mixed greens, green beans, olives, capers, tomatoes and hard -boiled egg. Toss greens with ½ of the dressing (or serve dressing on side) Place the AWAZE chicken on the salad DRESSING:2 medium cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped1 tsp Dijon mustard2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil1 egg whiteIn a small bowl- whisk together Dijon mustard, basil, garlic, lemon juice. Slowly whisk in the olive oil and egg white to make an emulsion (salt and fresh ground pepper optional)*** Or use your favorite dressing!***
