AWAZE CALAMARI
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1/2 pound cleaned squid
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. chopped basil
1/2 tsp. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tbsp. Saba’s Awaze Sauce
2 tbsp. of butter
1/2 lemon
Fresh cracked black pepper
Dash of Salt
Steps:
Heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet over high heat. Melt butter and add squid in a single layer. Add basil, garlic, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and add Saba’s Awaze Sauce. Cook, tossing frequently, until squid is opaque and cooked through, about 1 to 2 minutes (do not overcook).
