Best Awaze Steak Sandwich w/ side of kale or spinach
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons of Awaze Gold
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 cloves of Minced Garlic (fresh)
Dash of Salt and Pepper
Chopped Parsley
1 Small White Onion
1 Medium Tomato
Kale/or Spinach for side (small bunch)
Rosemary for Garnish (optional)
Steak: We used Skirt Steak (lemon juice to tenderize)
Steps:
Season the steak with Awaze Gold, salt and pepper both sides. Heat 2 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium sauté pan over high heat until it's almost smoking, then sear the steak on each side for 1 minute. Reduce the heat to low and cook the steak for about 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until very rare in the middle. In a small separate pan add onion, tomato and garlic Kale (for 5 minutes) or Spinach 2 minutes) Remove to a plate, cover tightly with aluminum foil, and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Slice the steak into strips and serve with Kale/Spinach with your favorite sandwich bread garnish with Rosemary
