Skirt Steak
Cook this incredibly delicious skirt steak for your family & friends to enjoy.
All you need is:
1 pound skirt steak
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt & hint of black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Start by slicing the skirt steak in a long strip and pat steak dry with paper towels on each side.
Season with salt & pepper.
Heat a large (12-inch ) cast iron skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Once hot, add the olive oil.
Using tongs, carefully add the steak to the pan, then press down firmly on the surface a few times for more contact.
Sear the first side until browned, about 2 to 3 minutes, depending on thickness.
Flip and cook another 2 to 3minutes. For medium rare - cook steak until it reaches an internal temperature of 130 degrees F.
Serve with AWAZING Awaze Sauce and your preferred side.
