Rainbow Trout

Here's a simple recipe that only takes minutes to prepare.⁠
You'll need:⁠
-Small Rainbow Trout, boned (for 2 servings)⁠
-2. tsp. Olive oil⁠
-1 tsp. fresh Lemon Juice⁠
-2 tbsp. Awaze Original⁠
-1/2 Portobello Mushroom⁠
-¼ Red Peppers, chopped⁠

1. Rub the fillets of trout with Awaze Original sauce, marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes. ⁠
2. Place Portobello Mushroom in 1 tsp. olive oil on Skillet and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. ⁠
3. Add red pepper. ⁠
4. Remove from skillet and set aside. ⁠
5. In the same skillet on high heat, add olive oil & lemon juice then bring to high heat and place the marinated rainbow trout - cook 3 minutes on each side skin side down. 6. Cover with mushroom and red pepper – garnish with parsley and lemon. Enjoy! 😋😋😋
